Helina Andoh is a sign language interpreter and teacher at Hope College in the Gomoa East District, where she trains young people in interpretation skills and promotes inclusive education. She holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and she applies her financial knowledge to support sustainable programmes for Deaf communities.

Helina also volunteers at Paahibu Space as an Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Safety (IDEAS) Officer, advocating for equitable practices both within the organisation and in the wider community. Her areas of expertise include sign-language education, inclusion policy, youth mentorship, and community outreach. Helina brings practical classroom experience and a commitment to social impact on her director role.
